If you’re an INFP, it’s probably very important for you to find the right path in life. You might feel lost, frustrated, not knowing what to do with your life. But you don’t need to be an INFP for that.
I’ve been there. But today I feel I’m quite on the right path with my life. And it took me a lot of reflection and search. I just want to share with you my experience, what I’ve learned, the mistakes I’ve made. Because unfortunately, I discovered the MBTI system and the fact that I was an INFP personality type pretty recently. I wish I knew all this before!
Now that I know more about the INFP personality, I can reflect back on what happened, understand more about my experiences, and I want to share them with you so that you can have more clarity around INFP careers and INFP jobs to pursue.
I will thus sum up what I think are the best jobs for INFP, the best careers for INFP. By sharing what’s important for us to thrive. I will also share a piece of advice I wish I knew when I was younger, that can be useful to find perfect careers for INFP.
I will also talk about INFP careers to avoid, careers that are more conventional or rigid.

I’ve found that ENFPs and INFPs are more likely to experience this, but I think everybody can relate.

The mainstream answer to this is that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. That’s why drugs and antidepressants are mainly prescribed. For a lot of people, it’s great at first, but then, the pain starts to come back. The doses need to go up, and soon, people are both depressed and medicated.
Depression has actually multiple causes, and is more due to an imbalanced way of life. It’s not only biology. So when drugs are not enough, we have to dig deeper and offer more solutions.
